Introduction to folio

3 years of high school, 3 years of independent reading. Oh, i cannot contain my excitement -__-.
The last year is different though. Instead of two texts to investigate, its just one, so that's a bonus I guess. The real bonus would be to not do it at all.
For this assignment, we are required to study, in depth, one text or film.
I think for this years independent, i will look at the 1976 film 'Taxi Driver'. While watching this film I will be looking at the techniques used by the director to portray different themes and meanings.
Within this blog i will document my thoughts throughout the assignment.
